Clients typically engage with us through consultations, followed by a proposal or agreement, after which invoices are issued and services are initiated.

All our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Messaging

You agree to receive informational messages (Discussion follow ups, Meeting schedule & reminders, Work updates etc.) from Digital True Technologies LLP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@dtruetech.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Payment

Payment for our services is due upon receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide to us, including but not limited to personal information, business information, and any other information that is not publicly available. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written consent.

Refund and Cancellation

All services provided by Digital True Technologies LLP are offered on a project-based or monthly retainer basis. Clients are required to make payments in advance or as per agreed milestones before the commencement of work. 

Due to the nature of digital services, once the work has started, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if a project is cancelled before the initiation of work, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Any disputes regarding services will be handled based on the agreed scope of work and communication between both parties.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital True Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our website or services.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without cause or notice.
